How many balls did How take to reach the 50?! You are right about the quality of attack....

It would be fantastic for cricket in general if the Windies could get up* in Saffie land. Go you good things!

Nz smashed Bangladesh, Bangers did not even make 200. Mills with 4 for.

The big upset continues to look on the cards with WI bowling West Indies out for 195.

Dwayne Bravo 4/24
AB De Villiers 59.

West Indies currently 0/4

213 in front. Anything over 380 will be a tough ask for South Africa.

WI 408
SA 195
WI 2/122 with one hour to go before stumps
GANGA stupidly run out
STEYN bowled a brutal spell
HARRIS chimed in with a couple of wickets
WI 8/146 STUMPS !!!!!!!

What a collapse 6/24 in 9 overs
WI lead by 359 with 2 days left

STEYN after 2/121 in the first dig has bowled SA back into the game
STEYN 3/53
HARRIS 2/20

Dont tell me the West Whimpies are gunna turn it up
FFS Ive got too much on WI at $3-05 to win this game

WI need to get KALLIS out for less than 100

Yeah Mal, well I copped a Hammering on the poker tables at the Cas but when i left i noticed the Mighty Windies were only 2 down and i was feeling much happier with myself (After going ALL IN after Hitting Trip 5s on the Flop only to be called for a $100 with a Gut shot straight draw which he hit   ).
53 minute Drive home, turn the telly on just in time to watch the last 3 wkts of the BIG collapse. FFS

I have a feeling South Africa might just win this game.

Terrible collapse by the Windies, Kallis wont fail two innings in a row. WI Look out.

mal wrote:It wont matter if STEYN bowls them out 2nd innings as they will have a good lead.
It will depend on AMLA and the man KALLIS batting last

Projection
DAY3
SA out for 250
WI lead by 150 after first innings
WI with STEYN in form 6/160 at stumps day 3 lead of 310
DAY4
WI all out 200 lead of 350
SA bat a lot better 4/220 stumps
DAY5
lunch SA 6/302 KALLIS out for 130
SA all out 340
WI win by 10 runs

And thats if STEYN + KALLIS produce thier best efforts
Otherwise WI will win
Im backing WI at those very silly odds

WI best chance of winning is if they get bowled out in thier 2nd dig
otherwise they might bat too long get 400+ in front + the draw is in contention

PUP allthough the scores /time frame predictions are off beam I
did predict a chase of about 350 for SA
STEYN did bowl SA back into the game
Now its Jaques's turn with the bat
They are both the backbone of SA cricket these days
Both top3 batters/bowlers in the cosmos

Still think WI will win
are about 360 up, another 40 runs would be invaluabe from the tail
I think unless JK has a bigdig they fall just short

PUP watch STEYN kill the tail when play resumes

When you brought up Steyns name 2 months ago, i had some doubts but after watching him closely in the last 2 series, i am with you, exceptional bowler with a outstanding action and is a joy to watch. If they can knock over West Indies for less than 20 this morning i think they will win. I cant see Bravo taking 4/24 again.

He is a champ

BETFAIR
WI $1-37
SA $3-95

Another BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD
umpiring decsion
According to Baggy green reports
KALLIS played a hook missed and the ball clipped his shoulder and was given out
5/163
KALLIS out for 85
What gives me the shits is I backed SA for a saver about 1 minute before the disMissAL

___________________________________________________________________________
I WILL SAY IT AGAIN AND AGAIN.
There are replays to decide on 3 runs or 4 runs when a fieldsman slides to save a boundary.
And then we have nothing when batsman are given out incorrectly + or vice versa.
5 DAYS
450 OVERS
30+ HOURS OF CRICKET
And all we might need is 15 minutes for a referral system

As for foxtel
FFS gymnastics instead of cricket

Great knock by Kallis and AB looking good as well.

God that annoys me, that decision has changed the game, if they had got it correct Kallis and AB would still be cruising along with Sth Africa a very good chance, instead they are no chance. Shocking decision.

Foxtel is a joke as well, why show the first 3 days live then not show the last 2.

6/184 with Boucher out as well, still 24 overs to be bowled, this may well be over tonight.

AB 52*

Is Smith and Gibbs the worst performed opening pair in the last 12-15 months? Must be close..

What have MAL and Foxtel have in Common ???????????

Both are WAP.

Foxtel for NOT Showing the Cricket Despite Showing the 1st 3 Days but decide to show What must be the Most Overated, Boring, Disinteresting Tennis tournament in the World - 'The HOPMAN Cup' :butthead: :butthead:

And as for MAL, Well,

Fancy wasting Good money laying off on Sth Africa [-X [-X
NEVER NEVER EVER EVER were they going to challenge that target and MAL gets Nervy and Lays off.

AS Someone Once said (No idea who it was ) "No Guts, No Glory"
