Marsh is a Coach not a people manager

Remember that, rightly or wrongly, he had a run in with England coach Duncan Fletcher back in 2004/2005, when he was involved with their academy, about Fletcher wanting Geraint Jones as the keeper while Marsh insisted that Chris Read should be.
Ironically, neither of them are the keeper now.
