The Buttrangers have declared at 5/581 with Nick Hodge 286 not out and Jewell making 188. Caveman White came in and smacked up 40 in 22 balls. The Bulls are left with a mere 354 runs to make to get the maximum points.

A little late with the declaration perhaps Caveman? UGH

A real batsman would have made at least 306 in that time.

Qld are now 6/60 with TWO runners on the ground for Broad and Noffke. Talk about a disaster for the Bulls. Nearly as many Batsmen as fielders on the park. Funny stuff. 8)

sorry make that all out for 77, can't blame the pitch, that is just crap batting, cant wait for the one dayer between these two sides, just to see if a particular player can get a run :D :D

Er..you can blame the pitch. One ball pitched halfway up the track and hit halfway up the stump on one occasion. This is most unlike the Gabba.

No, the reason why the Bulls lost is much simplier...injuries. Watto first game back, Maher as old as the hills, Noffke injured because he's carried the Bulls all year and promising opener Broad also hurt.

The Vics have been gifted with top spot on the ladder with a slice of luck that would make Port Power blush.

The Bulls led by 231 on the 1st Innings and then the Vics got 5/581, can't be too much wrong with a pitch when you score that on the 3rd and into the final day. To be bowled out for 77 in any form of adult cricket is a disgrace
