People harp on about the standard of the grade comp. Here is an opportunity for players with a bigger disadvantage with talent. perhaps these new 19/20 year old recruits would have to play a minimum one season before being selected. A gentle tap on the shoulder if you move to Adelaide and perfom well over the next season bigger things may be in order.......
