Agreed. Vaas is servicable at best. I wouldn't drop any of the Aussie attack to put him in. BTW, Australia's run rate at the moment is 1.9 runs per over. Bring back the Kat I say. He'd have it up to 2.0 at least ha ha.

Mal Jaques has taken his opportunity well. Making runs and looking solid at the top order. Espically un brisbane when the ball was seeming around early. Jaques was given first crack at it and rightly so. But would Rogers have done better or worse? We havent seem him at national level so we cant comment. But in the mean time if Jaques keeps playing like this then he will be able to make that spot his.
