So they flirt with the idea of 3x spinners and instead go with 2x quicks, 2x spinners and a Mitch March..

Who's the 2nd spinner?

Smith ;)

Maxwell over M.Marsh makes more sense given the state of the wicket.. perhaps picking a wrist spinner might've been worthwhile as well - they took Swepson over there may as well give him a crack, reckon he would be more dangerous than Lyon or SOK.

If SOK can go at 2.5 an over and take 2/80 every match he will have done his job.

They want a defensive spinner over there given how they have tapped our spinners in recent times.

If they pick swepson and then both he and lyon go at 4.5 an over we are screwed

the only bowler i would give licence to attack is starc. the rest can bore the hell out of them

How handy would a player of Funky Miller's calibre be right now, how in this day and age we can't create one?

Massive crowd in, and people complain at our crowds.

Get more spectators at a Redbacks Shield game

I agree. Pity they got scared about Travis Head being a left hander too

Warne is such a better commentator when he doesnt have to deal with everyone else in the commentary box trying to lick his knob

I've always said I enjoy listening to him on overseas coverage than Nine's.

The selectors will be hoping O'Keefe can perform a similar role to Jadeja. Hope is the operative word.

Since when did the Australian batsmen and all batsmen around the world become pussy cats about spin bowling? When did it change from being afraid of pace bowlers to being afraid of spinners? The ball is travelling about an average of 80kms an hour and your grandma with half vision in her left eye still has time to smack it. Grrr. It's only spin. Watch the ball. Use your feet well and smack the f#@k out of it.
