Over 31.4: Doherty to Harris, no run, OUT, sweeps, takes a top edge, straight down the throat of Hilfenhaus at deep backward square, both openers gone in quick succession

He scores slowly as a rule and Feguson scores much more freely, best chance of winning if Ferguson is at the crease.

He was being that optimistic that no one even understood what he meant haha.

So do we have a crack at 400 and get skittled for feck all and you chimps abuse them or do we carry on at a steady pace (as Klinger and Doc were doing) avoid the outright and could go close/give ourselves a chance?

Damned if they do damned if they dont

IF we can be 3/4/5 for 250 at tea with either a Ferguson or Christian and some hard hitting from crossy then maybe have a crack. Obrien can hold an end to force the draw if it falls to shit

None of the above we prey for rain

13:00 AEDST - the news is not good here, steady rain falling now, the entire square is covered and play is looking unlikely for some time
Things very gloomy over here during the lunch break, very light drizzle falling and the covers being placed on the wicket as a precaution

Bloods, don't question FS about the redbacks. He knows all.

I would rather see us chase a win then see us defend our way into the latter of day 4. Let's be honest, it's the redbacks, we will lose either way if the whole days play gets underway

Yep, would rather see him play every game and build towards the future instead of playing elder tried people that continue to fail. I'm hoping the young fella can make a score

Chimps in general, few portly hairy blokes floating through these boards im sure ;)

I just think to many on here have defeatist attitudes and are quick to write players off and offer nothing but abuse towards them.

CK - I know far from everything, but know a bit..... some of the negative shite that gets thrown around on here p*sses me off some of it is laughable.

Plenty of work to do for Berry but he will get there, few players out of form and injuries dont help either. People are saying how weak our bowling attack is etc Edmondson is playing for WA (couldnt get a game for us and cut at the end of the year)... what does that say about their attack?
