So as the bloke in charge of elite cricket is SA, did he propose any solutions or just sound like another bloke at hel pub having a whinge about it?

Mentioned he is trying to change things but is meeting a fair bit of resistance

as much as it pains me to say it - I think looking at the results this year that a combined second 11 could quite easy push the current redbacks side.

Have you looked at second 11 results as well? Ours has performed credibly this season, there is a fair gap still between second 11 and first class.
