The only reason i didnt agree with Hughes' selection in the first place was that i hadnt really heard of him much before. This was probably because i hadnt been looking closely at the scores, but good luck to him.

He did manage to knock up one record in his last test ever test match. Going for 4 consecutive sixes.

IIRC Hodge has hit an unbeaten double century for Australia. Surely he will go to the Ashes. Best backup bat we have. Katich is not garbage. He is top class.
