PATHETIC

The mis field fumble off that last ball typified the redbacks performance with the ball and in the field.

NO BALLS cost SA victory.
How Bloody hard is it to bowl with your foot behind the line?
Any bowler that cant shouldn't be in the team, simple as that.

It was a great effort by the Redbacks and we look like a genuine chance of making the final and thus qualifying for the Champions League but I like the Fox commentators thought Manou's captaincy in that final over was pretty poor. They needed 8 runs off the last over and we just gave up a four and then singles with our field placings. I've actually seen this happen with Manou before in either a one dayer or T20 match in the final over, way too conservative and seems to get big mental blocks when the game is on the line. They deserved to win but we could've won that game.

Once again I was impressed with Tanvir's bowling. That innings from Hodge sums up why he's on the outer with the selectors, hardly ever goes for anything with some minor risk ala Damien Martyn and bats for himself if need be at the expense of the team. I've always thought that when watching Hodge over the years.

Brad Hodge big bash domestic record

If Ive got all the innings that would be 530 runs ave 40-76 strike rate 138

Batsman who have a strike rate of 138 in 20-20 cricket are probably not batting for themselves,Hodge is a team player in this form of cricket.
