Looking at this photo I assume he has fielded the ball off his own bowling and is throwing it back to the keeper?

He's no different to most of the sub continent spinners so whats the problem.
Once the ICC dikkheds changed the rules to allow Murali to keep bowling, it's open slather on bowler actions now

Yep. Go on youtube and have a look at the bowling actions of kids from the sub continent. You wont find a straight arm amongst them. It is a joke that this is allowed.

This issue is not even going to go away.

In most of the cricket world, it isn't an issue. Australia is having trouble accepting the rule change and is being left behind as a result.

Can't see ICC changing the rule back, so we might as well play by the rules.

unfortunately with all are coaching and specialist programs around the country, unconventional spinning actions have not been able to develop. Murali would never have got thru on the current system. Australia needs to bite the bullet and follow with other countries and except these talented spinners with unconventional spinning actions. Maybe Botha could be the first step?

Also with Botha hopefully we can get a few more international stars to play roles in our shield cricket. Playing against better talent should bring a higher level of competition. In the A league J. Culina was big news as import and now Sydney have Del piero this could keep snowballing?

Fair enough too, makes a difference IMO when you bend the elbow to gain pace, that's why chucking was initially outlawed.

What it doesn't make a difference when you bend the arm to be able to spin it more and both ways?

I don't believe that bending your arm can increase the amount of turn you can produce, it's in the wrist, fingers or hand IMO. You can still rotate your elbow without bending your arm.
