Let me get this straight Hauritz out bowled England's #1 spinner over there, out bowled the West Indies #1 spinner, out bowled Pakistan's spinners (in fact Hauritz was the leading wicket taker for the series) and out bowled Daniel Vettori in the 1st Test in NZ and people are still bagging him?
Graeme Swann who everyone on here bagged, took 14 wickets with best bowling of 4/38 - Hauritz 10 wickets with best bowling of 3/63...............wouldn't say that was outbowling Englands spinner, and if it is, Swann is a crap bowler as voted by 99% of cricket watchers on this site.
Sulieman Benn and Hauritz both took 11 wickets with Hauritz best bowling of 3/17 (avg33) better than 5/155 (avg 37).
Benn might make the redbacks side but that's about it, and Hauritz may of marginally out bowled him on his home deck against poor opposition but hardly out bowled.
Against Pakistan, no doubt he out performed any bowler against a VERY ordinary side.
1st test Vettori 1/111 - Hauritz 3/159........Hardly out bowling him, plus a spinner bowling 14 no balls is inexcusable.
We'll agree to disagree but I strongly disagree with Hauritz being picked in the 1st place, let alone him continuing to be selected.
