Pakistan have bowled well but they've had plenty of help from our batsmen.

Yes full credit to Pakistan but we have played some terrible shots.

Our Captain tries to smack his first ball for 6 - not the best example and it has carried on from there. Batsmen lack the bollocks required to dig in on a tricky pitch these days as they are so used to batting on roads.

I reckon he was caught in two minds and finished up playing a non shot. If he had tried to hit it for six he wouldn't have gotten out first ball.

Yes he got out playing the way he normally does but sometimes you have to show some guts and tough it out instead of trying to smash it.

Does not matter how you play you need to adjust to the situation and when you are 6 for not many with tea just around the corner and you are the last of the recognised batsmen then that shot is an absolute shocker.

C'mon mal, under any circumstances that would be a very soft dismissal let alone when the team is 6 for 60 odd. Simply unacceptable to just say "but that's the way he plays". If he can't adapt his game to suit the situation let a player who can do so (and who can actually keep) have a shot. Terrible stuff from Haddin.
