Season is F****D

Tests are a non event. Playing on lifeless flat roads apart from Adelaide of all places is a Test of nothing. Just inflates average batsmans averages.
Big Bash crap is about to start which has as much meaning as the Nab cup in footy. It may entertain a few but the results mean ZILCH !

Agree Jim and i have heard that he definately does not have the players respect, guy is fighting a mass uphill battle

John averaged 25.61 per wicket against Australia
If he bowled tomorrow , he probably would not do any better than todays West Indian attack
But then again John is 74 years old

The type of pitch is a clear indication that CA want 4-5 days for this test.
