Wade and Bailey in just working singles

Running between wickets has been terrible

not having seen the Hughes run out, who was at fault?

I don't think anyone in particular, just a tad of miscommunication (a tiny stutter) on what would have been a tight run anyway

A dive from Hughes wouldn't have hurt either

It was Wades call and if it wasn't for the stutter Hughes would have made it fairly comfortable.

Hughes isn't the greatest of backers up and his effort to get in at the end wasn't like his life depended on it

18.6
NL McCullum to Wade, OUT, Wade goes. N McCullum gets this to straighten enough. Flat length ball, angling into the pads, Wade plays across its line, the ball straightens and beats the edge, and he is caught dead in front. They review it, but he is gone plumb. That's what DRS is not for. What a waste
MS Wade lbw b NL McCullum 29 (57b 3x4 0x6) SR: 50.87

25 Overs

Aus 3/99

One of these needs to step up the pace

Maybe that should be Voges allowing Bailey to try and bat through the innings

30 overs

Aus 3/136

Good five overs from Aus, Voges playing some great shots, hopefully he just continues to attack more

Another 50 to Bailey, I know it's only ODI but could his form on England pitches and his experience get him a late call up for the Ashes

At 3/136 after 30 with 2 batsmen set we will make somewhere between 250-300. Riches theory says 27chew.

Should be a super contest...and now we have Glenn Maxwell the ICC champions trophy is there for the taking ;)

If we make 275 plus we will be hard to beat as the attack looks a little more balanced this game
