The reason we are useless year in year out is supporters and board members who are all yes men that agree with ever decisions and see the potential in every player. Sit there an applaud every loss it wasn't that bad there were positives. What SACA needs is an astute cricket brain who walks in there and tells everyone to get fugged his doing it his own way. Total clean out start again with a focus of earning some respectability in the shield before even worrying about the shorter forms.

Would never happen but I would love to see a Warne type do this. Langer may have been the one but that's to late now
