Never left the ground. Yes they have got the Ashes but these pricks ain't good. I reckon we'll have them covered in Australia and half our side can't hold a bat

Australia 200 first or Rogers' 100?
I'm gonna sit back, crack the top off a Pale Ale, and watch the Double Blues prevail

Was stranded on 96 for 19 balls
Couple of leading edges just short of fielders and almost bowled twice in the over

Indeed he his. Just wanted to call for a review for LBW to a ball that hit the middle of Watsons bat.

Anyway, until Aust can find some genuine Test standard batsmen with a technique capable of surviving a decent period of time, it's gonna be some lean years ahead.
imo, Watson, Warner, Kawahja and Smith just wont cut the mustard at this level.
Which leaves Rogers who looks ok but at 35 wont be around for more than a few years and Clarke with his back problems may also have his days numbered ?

Disagree about the assessment of Kawahja's technique. His mental application though...
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Good days cricket for the good guys. Hopefully consolidate today and bat until tea with a lead of over 100 if all things go well. Just need to start well and one or two good cameos from the tail.

Also after much consideration I have made my assessment of the English Ashes commentary team. I know they can't be that good as I now look forward to Shane Keith.

Antherton - he is ok but if I never heard him commentate again that would be fine too. Very plain
Strauss - don't mind him, seems impartial and hangs shit on Nasser so goes alright.
Beefy - is a good commentator but not all that impartial. Is better when not on with another Pom
SK Warne - has improved dramatically this Ashes, calls it like he sees it and gives his strong opinions. But no one likes Warney more than the man himself. Does know his shit though
Mikey Holding - he's cool man. 8) Entertaining, witty, cool and adds to the broadcast and the game
Nasser - the opposite of Mikey. Mum always said "if you have nothing nice to say....", sorry Mum Nass is a piece of shit who makes me angry. I want to punch him in his arrogant biased ugly head
David Gower - the ace in the deck. He is able to eloquently call the game in an analytical manner and provide humour and honesty. My favourite ever English cricketer and a brilliant caller of the game. =D>

I have to listen to these guys for 6 hours a night so I was curious about other people's thoughts.

Knew I'd forget someone  well he hasn't been on this test.

Yeah Bumble is good, at least has a good sense of humour but can dribble a fair bit of shit as seen last test when he read some idiotic letter about some utter tripe.

Hahaha, I couldn't stand that either.

I think you're spot on with your assessment too.

Nasser has a reason to be grumby.
He has the worse record as captain in history in ashes series.
I agree he's a shocker.
Bumble is good.
I think I heard them say last night he is in hospital.
Don't know what for.
