Iv had a gutful iv even turned over to the footy show.
We are shit enough as it is, We need evrything to go our way just to be competitive

I get the feeling the umpires are now giving everything out and making us use DRS. The central ump wasnt sure as he took so long to give it. Trott didnt even appeal.

p.s If we didnt have DRS it would still be out

Don't think I've ever seen a 3rd umpire decision that was blatantly wrong. Maybe arguably wrong, but not blatantly wrong. It had everything - no noise at the right time, nothing on the hot spot, and on the replay the bat clearly missed the ball. Really am still struggling to comprehend how that decision was upheld.

Not necessarily, With no DRS the umpire would have a different mindset as he can't stuff it up as he has no back up. With the DRS Umpires have become lazy and have the mindset 'oh if I **** it up the DRS will fix it' Except this time even the DRS stuffed it up

I agree with all previous posts, that decision was shambolic! Changing topic isn't it good to see an Australian batsman play with some freedom and lack of nerves, Chris Rodgers would know if he doesn't make runs this test he is finished, so he's gone back to playing a few shots and playing with limited fear.

Swann to Khawaja, OUT, full and this one rags away from Khawaja as he prods at the ball - England go up in unison again and Hill gives it! Khawaja looks a bit uncertain and calls for the review. The slo-mo is pretty inconclusive, there's a small sound on the audio but it appears to come before ball passes bat, maybe bat clipping pad; Hot Spot doesn't appear to show anything. They're looking at various angles... here we go then, and Hill raises the finger again! Well, I assume Kumar Dharmasena decided there wasn't enough evidence to overrule the on-field decision but Khawaja looks a little unlucky and Australia have been bitten by DRS again
UT Khawaja c †Prior b Swann 1 (19b 0x4 0x6) SR: 5.26

How much more evidence do these useless pricks need????

Complete change of Topic, I have been pleasantly surprised with the cricket coverage by co-host Tim Gilbert's (the channel 9 GEM guy with Ian Chap and Brett lee).

I'm putting him forward as a replacement to Mark Nicholas for the Ashes in Aus, (Can't stand the bloke).
