Why do we persist with Head on the subcontinent, he has proven even on the Adelaide Oval pitch he cant play spin through the Big Bash. Consistently churns out 10 off 20 when he has to come in and face spin. If he doesnt open he shouldnt be playing.

India will get these 4 down with 6 overs up their sleeve, another terrible performance from our middle order

Talk about a free ride. At times, Head looks so far out of his depth at international level.

About time we got a win! Bowlers pulled it back well in the latter part of India's innings.

Think you blokes are being a tad harsh. He's still young, and showing increasing signs that he will be a very good player for Australia.

He's not the only Aussie to struggle on the sub continent, plenty worse going around than him at the moment.

Head still averages just under 40 in ODIs - in due time once he finds his role in the side and settles, i'm sure it'll improve considerably.

And right on cue, Head goes for 42 to add to his plethora of mid range scores without going on with it.

Find his role? His role is to make 100s and his First Class career shows he can not do this anywhere near regularly enough.

Big win by the aussies overnight, knocking India over for around 120. Got the target with 2 down with Moses and Travis getting amongst the runs.
