Bailey does looks promising. Yesterday he got spanked in his 1st or 2nd over, but recovered well.

Edit:  I meant George, not Bailey, but I could put George in that sentence too and still be correct. ;)

I'm having a chuckle at Cricket Australia's suggestion that Queensland's declaration was, "a sporting one". 189 behind, only 2 wickets in hand and running out of time for an outright ... what else could they do? :)

Anyway, it's all good, and SA should provide a good target for Queensland to chase tomorrow, somewhere around the 350-370 mark I would think, depending on time of course.

I saw the word "generous" in there too, AH. It's not like they were going to make up 189 with 2 wickets left.

Not sure about the declaration, it gives a good Queensland batting line up plenty of time to get the runs. Oh well, we will just have to bowl them out :)

will ryan harris bat ?
can andrew symonds bat for a long time with a bad knee ?, looked in discomfort today
both teams want 6 points & i think the declaration is spot on as it gives them a sniff but it also gives us time to get them out

i think if qld are good enough to average 110 a session tomorrow on a 4th day pitch & win good luck to them, i'd think sa or a draw will be the result
