Australia easily IMO.

Whose the Rabble ?

Looks like a 10 wicket win coming up for the windies.

W.I. 0/128 off 11 overs.

An absolute pasting whatever way you look at it when the West Indies can get the 172 runs in reply in 15.5 overs.

Lee 4 overs for 56

We haven't quite adapted to T20 in the international field yet have we?

we certainly havnt. IMO a guy like michael clarke has very limited amount of 20/20 experience, he doesnt play IPL, doesnt play for NSW so i think he shouldnt be in the side and i think is a borderline selection for ODI's. his game has changed to become a better test cricketer at the expense of the shortened form of the game

i know its only rubbish cricket but IMO brett lee is finished as an international player and if he plays the tests we will loose easy. attack should be johnson, siddle, clark or hilfenhaus or both and no spinner

AU are unlikely to win a world cup in 20/20 with
3 PONTING
4 CLARKE

Ive made this statement b4 the series started

To win a 20/20 cup
Batsman must make 15 of thier first 10 balls
An aging PONTING and a non big hitting CLARKE are liabilities

BUT
Both are champs in other forms of cricket

Pretty hard to win when Watson, Ponting & Clarke combine for a total of just 2 runs off 11 balls and with a washed up Brett Lee getting picked apart. Could've used an in form front line spinner in Hauritz out there to take the pace off it too.

The Windies generally struggle to make 172 in a Test match innings, let alone 50 overs, let alone 16!

After an injury like LEE had how the hell does he just slip back into the Australian team?
I've never rated this bloke i've always thought he was an expensive bowler & he's cost Australia on numerous occasions like he did last night.
Very Expensive.
