...at the SCG, the third ODI vs New Zealand on the 8th of February. The Australia A one day matches of 1994/95 do not count, however the Tsunami Benefit Match does. These representative matches (World XI, African XI, Asian XI, Rest of World XI) are a contentious issue amongst statisticians around the world, because they are made up of different teams.

So, if that Tsunami Benefit Match does not count, then the following ODI at the Adelaide Oval vs New Zealand will be the 500th.
