Well, I did not have to wait until 2009 after all to see the Mighty Mighty England win the Ashes over Australia. Well done, girls!! :wink:

a pity it was a one test match series...........

i guess any win for the poms over the aussies is worth celebrating since it doesnt happen to often :lol: :lol:

Overheard a discussion between two patrons at Adelaide Oval on Sunday night about how the English cricket supporters are the best in the world because they are never quiet. They support the team even when they are losing. Heck, the whole thing is if we did not support them when they were losing, we would never be able to support them! :wink:
