at the nets

Postby bayman » Wed Jan 23, 2008 12:35 pm

just got back from watching the aussies train & little bayman got most of their autographs & billy bowdens , anyway i watched as the huge line up for pontings autograph lengthen & he sat there for well over an hour signing & then someone whispered in his ear & ponting said "i'm sorry to those that are still waiting but i have to go" i thought while some would be upset that he at least he acknowledged them (little bayman got pontings signiature)
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

billy bowden was in the aussie net session yesterday as well.

Tait bowled ok yesterday and as he pointed out to 'its only in the nets'....but you gotta start somewhere.

a couple of the invitees bowling, bowled ok, there was one guy who had quite a funny action with arms flying all over the place

Unfortunately, that is the best form Ponting has displayed during the series but nice to hear anyway. Can't stand it when stars diss kids. Er, the dude with the arms flying all over the place was Tait ha ha.
