until something happens with our grade cricket which is s**t the redbacks will go further down. we have been fed about our young talent for 3 years but i dont see much of it. the guys are just not up to it or dont have quality cricket week in week out. SACA just have to drop sides from grade cricket or the clubs themselves have to think about the bigger picture which is strong state side or they may be defunct in years to come themselves or playing in ATCA

blaming Grade cricket is the easy option here. the Higher management department have been caught out big time as incompetent idiots along with the coaching staff.

Clearly this season it has been exposed when they force the only captain in the side (Boof) to resign and have a replacement who is only good enough for the 2nd XI comp. the Political bullsh*t has to go. Stop f**king around attracting soccer/rugby/AFL footy and GET YOUR CRICKET TEAMS IN ORDER

Its getting past the point of no return for 2007-08 season I think. We know he is in for the next match and after that there's only 4 games left (unless we make the final ). The longer it goes on as is the more the horse has bolted in terms of finding an alternative captain for this season.

Plus with the season seemingly back on track they prob won't want to disrupt things when we are past the 1/2 way mark. Before we know it this season will be over and then we'll have all winter to complain about Nathan
