Yeah well at the moment there pushing out the guy that makes us competative at national level. So one would have to agree with you at the moment.

it was noticeable today at the cricket that Lehamnn could barely run. Even if he was captain I daresay he wouldn't play much this year anyway.

Looks like he has made the right decision to retire
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

tassie, dont believe what you hear & read, boof was 'pushed' because of a 'personality clash' with rodney marsh
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

I've also heard on the radio that his achilles (or whatever he has injured) is 'shot' and would have been close to done regardless of events last week

My guess is he wanted to play the odd game here and there between recuperation stints
In between signatures .....

Well at least one thing, they always say that there can only be one winner well in the case, we all know who the winner is and that is BOOF, stuck it up em despite his injuries, great way for a great champion to go out, lets just hope guys like Marsh and co perhaps may have learnt something out of this :oops:
