Here we go again, yet another format going to be tried

A brand-new cricket format “Test Twenty” will launch in January 2026

80 overs in total
4 innings (20 overs each)
Both teams bat & bowl twice

AB de Villiers, Clive Lloyd, and Matthew Hayden are part of the advisory board

If the team batting second doesn’t reach a particular score, it will have to follow on
