Fantastic effort by the Blue Boys in the end with so many inexperienced batsmen. Umpires, Bowlers, Fielders and Batsmen all looked rusty at times though. WACAs one up by one at home.

Just watching The Yellow Team beat the Blue team by a lousy run
reminded me of the way Glenelg Beat Sturt this year by 1 point :)

As for that last 6
Change the laws please if the ball is in play it should not be a six = a catch

Special mention to Domenic Thornleys brilliant innings

First ball struck in front of middle stump but given not out
A couple of balls later plumb in front again given not out
Played and missed a couple of times
Snicked a ball to RONCHI who drops a sitter
Eventually out for a blistering 1 of about 12 balls =D> =D> =D>

Please do not bat him at 3 in all future games
He is a teddy bear against a new ball early in an innings

Man of the match LUKE RONCHI 104 runs :prayer: :prayer: :prayer:

Thats what the rule is. The fielders foot was on the rope, therefore the ball was not in play. I think thats fair enough too, dont need to change the rule.
I'm gonna break my rusty cage and run
