MAL, why are May, Hughes and Macgill strange selections?
Apart from the chucker, whose been a better offie in world cricket in the last 20 years than T.B.A. MAY?

There's a strong vibe of looking after his mates in that list I reckon. Tim May in a top 50 :shock:

That's why I personally don't find it as compelling as some.

I have exactly the same opinion..

Just having a quick look at it and there are many problems with the list IMO

Surely Stuart MacGill is not a better cricketer than Younis, Langer and Kapil Dev

He had Tim May and Robin Smith before all these players- Younis, Langer, Dev, Jayasuriya, A.Flower, Vaughan, Donald.

As much as i like Lehmann he is not in the same league as Steve Waugh and is not better than Anwar, Yousuf, Kallis, Pollock or McDermott and Arguably KP.

I Know we all have different opinions and Warney is entitled to his, but surely the reasons for some of these players being where they are isnt purely based on Cricket.

No Jason Gillespie in his 50 as well??? him and mcgrath are australias best ever opening partnership
