The Selectors

Lets be honest they have made some interesting decisions here. What I would like to know is what is going through there minds when they select a squad. And also what was the motivation behind there decisions. What does everybody think the selectors performance, up to scratch, or should they be "dropped" like they have done to many players in the past?

The question Im asking is what the hell were the selectors thinking when they picked the captain?
