3/49 at lunch. Another sparkling English batting display

Hope the Windies brain them this series so we can pick the carcass this Winter. I guess they can always just cheat again.

Test cricket beats T20 rubbish period.

I want the Strikers to do well but it doesn't break my heart if they don't.

It's the Test matches that count.

There is probably less than 500 at the ground today in Grenada. The Windies can't last much longer with this low level of support and the impact on participation.

West Indies squared the series 1-1 after they won the test in Bridgetown by five wickets. Poms skittles for 123 by a hardly ferocious Windies attack on a pretty benign wicket. During the last day Moen Ali was hit out of the attack, both interesting points with the Ashes coming up.

Whilst the Poms batting was fairly average, The Windies pace bowling is not the pop gun attack of a few years ago.
I think Curtly has instilled a bit of mongrel and discipline into them that has been missing for a long time.

KP smashes 326 in the County comp and gets told he will never get picked for the poms again - which he and everyone already knew

Yes this was well known but with the way they have been going do you pick the best players?

If you look to fill a side with just good blokes then you might be in striff.
