not sure what to make of the "fake" mental illness reports, but i think i am more inclined to give someone the benefit of the doubt in these circumstances. calling them weak etc is the sort of mentality that belongs in the 70s.
I Believe the high stress attached to being a professional athlete was identified in the 2000s and thus sports psychologists are employed by professional sporting organisations to address this issue.
