How about Shane Watson's performancer in the final?
I always said he'd perform, & perform under pressure- & he did.

YOU HAD TO WAIT A VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY LONG TIME FOR HIM TO FAIL WITH THE BAT IN THE WORLD CUP

Suggest you and Rebecca go to dinner one night and discuss cricket
And then get advice from an eskimo for a clearer picture

I don't want to stereotype females in general, but a lot of what's said by these token (a more appropriate word could not be found) female journos' is about players appearance.

Wonder what she would have thought about say Ian Wallace in the 70s'? Bruce Doull? Dennis Lillee as mentioned?

Why should space be allowed in these newspapers for this crap about what players look like? Because a lot of media think it sells; I would say most people would skip it - the true sports fans.

Yeah spot on spelly, how should the fact nathan bracken is in need of a haircut effect his bowling?
If this was written by a male jurno would it make the paper? i think not so why do we have to put up with it taking up space that could be given to more informed and respected jurnos!!!
