Their dismal away record has probably scared a few punters off

Happy Birthday Ricky Ponting
37 today
Hoping you have a great Test series against India
I think he will average 50 + against the Indian pop gun attack

What do you rate more, the New Zealand "pop gun attack" or the Indian "pop gun attack"?

Hilfy took about 3 for 2 million in his last few appearances for Australia, he'd be about 10th in line now.

After being shot down, I thought I'd just review the thread for a moment LMcQ ;) ;) Let hope he maintains his form...

Is it un Australian to hope India smashes Hilfy out of the attack?
With some of these selections im finding ot hard to throw my complete loyalty behind the Aussie side.

Be happy to roll them for under 200 just as long as Hilfy doesnt get a wicket
Take it you cheer for Mundine every fight seeing as though he's Aussie?

I rate Starc higher than Hilfy.
Starc bowls a lot of poop but has good variety and the knack of getting wickets.
If Hilfy hasnt got a greentop with the ball swinging a mile he hasnt got anything else up his sleeve.
Both are not good enough for test level but Starc will get better.

Hilf is the work horse bowler we need along with siddle on the pitches like Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide.

I like his selection because it is always hard to bowl sides out and I think Hilf will give us the best chance of taking 20 wickets in this test match
