MP, I think you will new a new forum for that one, that only the Maths professors can understand, generally it is regarded as the best method, but that example tends to leave people (especially me) confused. I am sure you could find it - google DL and you would be able to get a download. SACA started using it this year in 1 day format and sent the download / link to all the clubs.
