Brett Lee does the job Watson tries to do a lot better- a very good bowler who can also throw the bat around.

Watson bats a bit, but not quite well enough. He bowls a bit, but not quite well enough.
The selectors love him and perhaps one day he'll be OK, but he's not good enough on what we've seen so far.
