Ive got to say surely the blame doesnt lay with the coach alone?!

I mean since Sorrell has been on board recruiting has been better, performances have improved (at times) made the T20 final and the champions league semi.

Not only that but at the end of the day, these semi professional athletes have an obligation to perform at a certain level and is it really the coaches fault they bowl rubbish or play stupid shots and throw away their wickets?

Not all coaches fault but if the same players are playing stupid and dumb shots or bowling garbage regularly sit them out for few weeks. Surely he picks the team or atleast has a say.
