Do or die time with the poms up 2-0. Shaun Tait replaces the injured Nathan Hauritz in the squad. The 3rd ODI is on Sunday night live on Fox (pre-game show at 7pm with play from 7:15pm) and from 10:30pm on Channel 9.

Will be tuning in after getting back from the footy. Hazlewood to play and gun it up.

I hope he does, he deserves another game. Might improve our bowling performance a bit

2/93 (18.1).

Ponting just gone, he really does need some form. Hopefully it comes in the test series against the Pakis.

Watto off to another flyer.

All out 212 after 46 overs.

Pretty p1ss poor effort that.
Opening partnership of 75, but nothing substantial after that.
Once again the batsmen fail to slow bowling, something that must be remedied.

Tait was superb, so was Bollinger. How can we have 6/48 from 40% of our overs and still go down?? Watto didn't bowl, Catfish may aswell have bowled under-arm. If we are to be a force in the next World Cup we really need to have a look at our set-up.
Ponting: Is he past it?
Hopes: I don't think he offers us much if he isn't in there as an opener, would prefer to see a strike bowler.
Hussey: Bats too low IMO if we are going to have him in the side.
Smith: Needs to play every ODI from here on in, give him the occaisonal bat up the order.
