Off the top of my head (only joking had to check 38, 50-51, 56, 64, 65-66)

we won 1-0 Australia
-37 we won 2-0
draw we hold them 2 - 0
-47 we won 3-0
we won 4-0
-51 - we won 5-0
they won 5-1 England
-55 they won 5-2
they win 5-3
-59 we won 6-3 Australia
we win 7-3
-63 draw we hold them 7-3
we won 8-3
-66 draw we hold them 8-3
draw we hold them 8-3
-71 they win 8-4 England
draw they hold them 8-4
-75 we win 9-4 Australia
draw we hold em 9-4
they win 9-5 England
-79 they win 9-6
-80 we win 3-0 but they hold them because it was only a 3 test series so England did not put the ASHES up as the series was deemed to be too short
they win 9-7
-83 we win 10-7 Australia
they win 10-8 England
-87 they win 10-9
we win 11-9 Australia
-91 we win 12-9
we win 13-9
-95 we win 14-9
we win 15-9
-99 we win 16-9
we win 17-9
-03 we win 18-9
they win 18-10 Commonwealth Invitational XI
-07 we win 19-10

Including the 79-80 series weve won 20 series they've won 10 with 6 drawn series.

Since the end of bodyline we've held the ASHES for 52 years they've held them for 22

Shame on you Wrinkles for having to check the stats for the 1956 series. Australia were owned by England in that series, the series that had the infamous (nice ******* track cheats) Oval test where Jim Laker took 19 wickets.

Old trafford wasn't it....well it is according to The Complete Illustrated History of Australian Cricket

I knew we didn't hold the ASHES after the series but wasn't sure if it was a draw or an actual series loss

Add Headingly 1972 to that, and they still had the gall to crap on about a fallacy called "British fair play". And yes, it was Old Trafford, not the Oval in 1956.
