Not for me

It’s because it’s new; right?

Are you a happy little Red Vegemite tonight Jimmy?

Sat at home all day with the HK lurgy
Thank *** for Filming Footy, Racing.com, sun & cider to heal me
At least I got to see Pride of Jenni as well

Some interesting results ww
First game and:
PAOC & SPOC even all day
Are Dizzies that much better than Broadview or just a good day?
Didn’t GG lose the first game to PNU last year?
I haven’t watched the other 2 games yet
Is PlayHQ still shite?

Next week might answer a couple of questions
Specifically:
SHOC v PNU
Glenunga v Broadview

Port District were very good, their pressure on the Broadview players with the ball was unreal and their backline chased as hard as i have seen any in quite sometime

Hard first 6 weeks for Broadies Locky

Believe it or not; PAOC at home probably the easiest game

At least we’ve got a forward line as long as the SANFL AFL vultures stay away
Brazzer, Davis & Brins can kick 10+ goals per game
4/4 wins yesterday was a good start

Wozza, Jay, The Wiz and Tahana all selected as top ups this week certainly made it tough for the Tigers

Take 4 of the top 5 or 6 players out of any team and they will find it tough. Not to take anything away from Dizzzys who are definitely the team to beat.

TTG v Pt District
Golden Grove v St Peters OC
SHOC v PNU
Glenunga v Broadview
PAOC v Brighton

Interesting round of matches, the torch will be put firmly on Golden Grove and Broadview following disappointing results in the opening round. Broadview who were heavily tipped before the season to be there when the whips are cracking will certainly be chomping at the bit to bounce back.

Similarly with Golden Grove, many anticipated would be a finals contender also in their first year in the big leagues.

Gullies might be in for a tough day at the office against the rampant Districts outfit

On paper, I'd say the only 'good things' for the round are Port Districts and PAOC.

TTG at TTG is always a tough proposition.

Honestly don’t see how anyone gets close to Districts.

They’re most vulnerable rounds 1-3 with the first two away and then Glenunga on Anzac Day.

After that get the sense it’s going to get dangerous

Injuries are the only thing that stops them winning it

I'll take my wins, but not as easily as I thought.....

On the face of the results from the first two rounds looks a very good, level comp.

Districts and Glenunga seemingly looking very good, but not a huge lot separating anyone

Hectic 1st & last quarter
Brighton were 3-4 goals most of the day but never stopped their hard tackling & body work
They nearly pinched it in the end
Much better side than last year
With a bit of luck, Brighton could have knocked off both Grand Finalists from last year in the 1st 2 rounds
Brazzer & Trenorden our best for me

Big test this Thursday for your mob Jim

Will you be gracing us with your presence at the all new Broadies Oval on Anzac day? Should be a belter. Must win for the Tige's!

Like you I have parents who served and my FinL will be marching - family lunch for him afterwards
Unfortunately, I cant use the "official business" excuse with Mrs Jimmy any more :(
Thank the stars for Filming Footy so I can watch the game as well as Collingwood v Essendon

I will give you a shout out at the 2 minute mark of the 2nd quarter to signify the 2 good things you did on a footy field in your career ;)
