If coaches aren't at least messaging individual players regularly then I'd be looking for a new coach by the time the season start. If it does.

Salisbury North have a very impressive training regime that was sent out to all the players to follow during the downtime.
It was several pages long and very indepth.

We’ve got a group video chat and beer happening tonight from 7.30pm
