They're putting one around the ground at their own expense for the purpose of holding a Grand Final, yes.

Div 3 (Adelaide Airport Stadium) $12 – Adult, $6 – Concession, Under 12 – free.
Div 4 and below $10 – Adult, $6 – Concession, Under 12 – free.

If there are ground where you can park around, they might also charge you extra to park.

Couple of years ago I went and watched Gepps Cross v Salis North (C1) at H.V then went to Adel Uni V CU (D7) at Campbelltown and they made me pay twice despite retaining my little "Pass out" ticket.. I just wasn't sure if this was still the case.
