No, the 6.6 Million must be spent on facilities upgrades, so it is going to be used on a New 4th Change room, Function centre upgrades and one would presume Restoration work on the Grandstand.

You can't just bank the money.

Money will not be handed over unless these projects are happening.

To think that the League would be given a cheque for 6 million and then bank it or spend it on other areas shows that you have NFI! Last time I checked we don't live in an African nation where corruption is as common as the sun rise

Also to be built will be a 4 level car park grandstand on the outer side
