I think there will be one team in Div7 that will get beat pretty easy by a C1 side

No brainer, yes. TTG, SHOC, Henly, Adelaide Uni ETC. ETC. are all C grade sides and would be in C1 if they didn't have D grade.

Might struggle against top 5, but would get wins against bottom five.

Goodwood for sure very strong in their C grade, would easily account for

Ovingham
Uni SA
North Pines
Flinders Uni.
Ingle Farm (By the way things sound)

Give Houghton and Angle Vale a good run for their money as well

Phht as if a c1 side could beat a div7 side. Unisa would smash everyone by 20 goals. Oh wait, theyre not a club yet, oh wait theyve never even played a game before, oh shit i must be dreaming, its almost fictional hey... Then wtf they doing in div 7 for!

I give you in the past, Tea Tree Gully and Sacred Heart who have started off in the C divisions and done pretty well in Div 7. The Goodwood side in the last few years has had many many 1 Reserves players in it. I'm not saying they'd walk through Div 7 but the best sides in C1 would hold their own.

Flinders Park and Modbury also emerged from the C divisions.

As an example, the Uni side in Div 8 Reserves last year had more SANFL league games played in it than the Division 2 side.

Flinders Pk came from C3 if I recall and they beat Henley who finished 3rd in Div 7 this year. :D
