Teams won't be put up until TTG decide if they're going up or not.

In my opinion div 7 should look as follows next year...

Up to div 6 evolve & grow, maybe pay a few players

Mitchell park
Angle vale

Div 7 2013
Ingle Farm
Houghton
Tea Tree Gully
Henley
North Pines
Flinders Park
Modbury
Sacred Heart
Smosh West Lakes
Broadview

Down to Div 8 get some wins!!!
Smithfield
Flinders Uni

nice sacrifice of AVFC there marbles..you finished higher..why doesnt your club come up?

seriously, if they couldnt beat TTG or MPFC (did they beat HFC?) how are they going to beat anyone in div 6? it would be a year of total pain for no gain..

why would we come up, we're c-graders, who most times cant be stuffed even training, and then u want us to play A-Graders who get paid and train as hard as our Div 1 A-Graders

Angle vale are an aspiring A-Grade club who i bet want more resources and want to get bigger. Ingle Farm was given a free ticket, lets give angle vale a ticket. theyre only 4 or 5 recruits away from being equal to mitchell park. theyre oval is being done over, maybe many all of them up north and around gawler can get on board

With TTG looking like staying down, I'd probably let Houghton stay up... They will have a new coach who I'd assume will bring a few players, and they're usually pretty good at recruiting anyway. I'm guessing they'd like another chance at D6?

Also I saw someone alluded to Wingy Royals having two sides. If they have two sides I wouldn't want them even mentioned in the same sentence as D7 for next season. D8 should be where they start if they manage to field a B grade. I don't think they even made finals in C4!

Lutz I mentioned Wingfield and Div 7 because as I understand it Div 8 is for C and D grade sides. So if they can get a second team together you think they should play in a div where all other teams can play 7 on the bench? Wouldnt that put more pressure on them? Div 7 is the lowest A grade competition so if they can get 2 teams together they should be in.

As opposed to the A graders that play in Div 7? :?

Just because you can play 7 on the bench doesn't mean you have to or should (but that's a separate issue). I think you may be correct that D8 is only for C and D grade sides, perhaps that should be amended. That may have been a condition to entice the C/D grade sides from the old C grade comp to join D8.
Wingfield, at this stage, would probably struggle more than Flinders Uni, who I also think should probably play in D8 until they can earn promotion to D7.
It would be unfair to put a developing club like Winfield into a comp where they would get smashed every week, where they would likely lose players and go back to where they started.

And MP will be 5 or 6 recruits away from just being competitive ln Div 6.

so AVFC actually need 10 new players then to be competitive..and thats a lot of points..imo HDFC should be given the option to stay up
