Police are currently at the scene of an aggravated robbery at Paradise.
Just before 4pm a man armed with a gun entered the Athelstone Football Club and demanded money.
He fled with an amount of cash, carried in a green shopping bag.
The man is described as Caucasian, aged in his early 20’s, wearing a grey beanie/cap, grey shirt, black track pants, unshaven, about 180 centimetres tall and about 75 – 80 kilograms in weight.
Anyone who sees a man matching this description is asked to call police on 131444.
