Beware Gepps Cross 2012 - I hear Greg Anderson is recruiting well from our Barossa league and is building a strong outfit for 2012. Word is that he will add at least 6 high quality players to a team that played finals in 2011. Might be a good thing to see Goodwood, Henley & SHOC challenged if the rumours are true

Well there's 18 points unless they are the players who went up there a couple of years ago from GX

Gaza are losing more players than ever. Also hear that a relative newcomer to Gaza is trying to recruit a few Gaza boys to join him at his old country club. If so, Gaza will be losing up to 8 of their 2011 best 18 to transfers & retirements

Baker 2 times BLG medal winner and can play.Hope his brother does not stuff things up as he did at his previous club.Brading and Blakemore back from Gawler Centrals so Gepps will be better off.Have not heard Seagull complain that his club are now poaching players from the BLG after all his bletting and carry on last year about Willaston.

what the hell are you on about country bumkin?
lost 3 a graders from last year (one moved back to sydney for work), and we've picked up about 8 quality a graders in their place. apart from these 3, everyone else has signed on, most of which were at training last night. so i would love to know which"relative new comer" and which "8 of our 2011 best 18" we are suppose to be losing? if you could give me 2 names, apart from the 3 that we all know have left, i would be very very shocked.

Don't underestimate the POWER of the Grange. Good club, good coach who has a track record of success, and the ability to develop anyone.

Country boy= =)) so mis informed. My mail has the 3 outs as last years Captain "The Horse", Plant and Brewer but they have been well and truly replaced by several key ins. Some you could really Baust about  and the returns of key position players Sean McGregor and Henners Mason. Not to mention Horses replacement being the Meninge Man Mountain  I think you will find that Gaza are cherry ripe for a defence of their Premiership with their biggest issue at the moment being the oval re-development being behind schedule meaning their may be some interesting discussions on the draw leading up to Round 1 in 2012.

BOP feel free to correct me if im wrong. That is of course if they keep potential 2012 B Graders like yourself in the loop ;) .

Nup looks like the end of an era for gaza. So many player losses stock numbers will be affected. 3 players gone thats 1 sixth of the onfield unit.

For what was a high standard 2011 now looms to be quite a battle in 2012

think they'll struggle to stay out of the relegation zone

tough times boys. Its gonna be really hard at times, but just try ya best

pretty sad really

Trevor Baust should stay at Norwood, would be close to a league game.

I would like to know how many of Gaza's premiership team would have actually come through their junior ranks?? They just rape and pillage local clubs of their talented kids  , perhaps spend some money on a junior programme instead of buying everyone in ;)
