That's what happens at Districts, Pay an initial $30 or $40, then $10 every game you play until you have payed off a total of $180 or whatever it was this season. Works well for the blokes who don't want to play every game or can't play every game

I KNOW A FEW CLUBS DO NOT LET PLAYERS PLAY FINALS IF THEY HAVE NOT PAID SO IT SURPRISES ME THAT ONE CLUB INPARTICULAR PLAYED IN A GRAND FINAL WITH 10 UNFINANCIAL PLAYERS AND A COACH WHO ALSO HAD NOT PAID. WELL MAYBE IT DOESNT SURPRISE ME AS THIS CLUB HAS SLID DOWN THE GRADES IN RECENT YEARS AND THEN THE COACH WHO SHOULD BE SETTING THE EXAMPLE APPLIES FOR THE A GRADE JOB![]()

I like that format exept for a player playing when it suits him or when he thinks he can play.
You make a committment at the start of the year you honour that & follow through with it. that means if your subs are $220, you pay upfront or $50 the first game & $10 every round after that, if the "freeloading tight arse pricks" don't keep up, they don't play & if you continue to fall behind you are suspended until your up to date.
Blokes that are on good money per game should have it taken out of their payments.

I WOULD TAKE IT ONE STEP FURTHER AND SAY ANYONE WHO IS ON MONEY SHOULD NOT GET PAID ANYTHING UNTIL THEIR SUBS ARE PAID OFFNO ONE PLAYS THIS FOOTBALL AS THEIR FULL TIME JOB SO THE BONUS OF MATCH PAYMENTS IS SIMPLY THAT - A BONUS - LOOK AFTER THE CLUB THAT IS LOOKING AFTER U

piccachu wrote:surely it cant be that hard to find a player sponsor to pay your subs, we have an older bloke at our club who goes out and gets a player sponsor for all of the U/18s at our club so they dont have to pay any fees, its not easy getting an U/18s side together so this helps out massivly, now if 1 bloke can go out and get 24 sponsons, why can 1 bloke go get 1 for himself.

You are the most hypocritical bloke on this forum Mercy for a bloke who all year talked about white ants you are the biggest white ant of all. If only you practised what you preach the club you supposedly love might not be in the predicament that it is in at the moment. You talk about lies mate your in denial. If you think that how you acted this year and what you did was acceptable then to quote your great self, shame, shame, shameAs for presentations I'm probably not the only one who turned a blind eye and I'm pretty sure the majority of the crowd wish they had ear plugs because it was a disgrace using a night of celebration to grandstand your own personal agenda. Feel sorry for the blokes who actually won awards because you would not have known it after your rant.
