But the count is Wednesday?

Not giving much notice, you'd think the top 4 for each club in div 1R would be pretty settled with 1 game remaining...

Thanks for that.
But as you stated before, they havnt given clubs much notice as to which players got nominated.
Fair chance the winner from each division wont be there to recieve it.
Except Wes Legrand, who had it in the bag before the season started and had plenty of notice ;)

Haven't they re-named it the Malcolm Ashwood medal after uni's umpire? I also heard that his love child has recently taken up umpiring while injured...

RedMagpie just keeps on keeping on, a Top 40 spot in the bag, he's my pick to win the whole thing.

You are an inspiration my friend.

Heavenly Kevin or The Dazzling Iron should Poll well in the 4 Reserves count. J Mac should also poll ok for the One's, maybe not enough games won by Salisbury for him to win, but I assume he will be the best vote grabber for Salisbury.

As for the Three's and Four's, There weren't enought games played in the C4 comp so the winner could walk away with the medal with just 15 votes, If that is the case, S.Cearns and N.Wells should poll well. In the C6's Salisbury really shouldn't Poll a vote with only 2 wins for the year.

Heavenly Kevin didn't make the Top 4 for the side mate, despite prtobably winning the B&F by a fair way. Neither did ol' Pattycakes.

not the best year for me mate, only played about 5 games this year after Injury, Suspention and Injury again plauged my 2010. Unless we get votes for running after little kids in a Big Magpie costume! How ever, I pray the hard work I am doing now (14kg's down) prior to preseason can get me ok for 10 games next season! I am chansing you my friend, Fat Ranga no more!

Out of curiosity, how do people think these top 4 from each club will go at their own club b&f counts? Do you think the assoc list is a true and accurate indication?

Nahh, not at all, they are all Midfielders and Goal Kickers/Big Marking players, not many honest solid shut down defenders in the lists. The association medal is about the most outstanding players in the comp, not always the best footballers.
