Open Age State Football

With the League celebrating its centenary next year one would think that we would be putting our best team possible in the league no matter what age on the park for a State/Rep game to be played here.

Is this possible? or is it that no other league will play against us at open age level or no one has a open age representitve side any more?

Maybe Exe Member might be able to answer this for us.

From what I've been told we're to blame WA for the U23 thing... but I'll leave the official response to the official

yep the Team of the Year 2010 (open age) will play against the combined country side at Footy Park in late March
Then the AAFC carnival week with WA, Vic & Tas (all AAFC games are U/23) all played at Thebby
